Monthly self-payments are required for coverage under the plan.  Currently, employers contribute a portion of the cost of coverage for retirees who are entitled to a subsidy.  The applicable subsidy amount is loaded on a debit card that you can use for co-payments.  Note that the subsidy amount is loaded twice a year (January and July).  To obtain current monthly subsidy amounts, contact the Trust Fund Office at (800) 635-3105.
